fix(pkg): Fix obs-studio-browser dependency

* feat(pkg): kunoisayami-init: Use chrony instead of systemd-timesyncd
* feat(pkg): zsh-ssr-theme: add escape symbol in install script
* fix(script): Add missing raise statement
